It is a struggle to say on track Steve. I've got a pizza craving that won't go away, so I am trying my hand a tomato pie this weekend. Hope it turns out better that my last pie disaster. Not gonna go wild on the 4th, maybe a grilled burger and hot dog with tater salad.
