Almost 2 lbs gained since Monday and I'm back to where I started. What a huge bummer. I haven't felt particularly great this week (mostly due to AF) but I still made it to the gym Tues, Wed, and Thurs night. I was pretty good about sticking to my RDI but probably ate more sugar and salt than I should have. I am really hoping this is mostly water weight. I have been working hard, so this is a pretty big let-down.
I am going swimsuit shopping tonight since I have a weekend at the pool planned with my family. I don't yet feel comfortable in a bikini (which is all I own at the moment).
Well enough with the negativity... today's a new day, right? :)

You are right.... Today is a new day, no good fretting about scales, it will come off if you are exercising - maybe you are losing inches - don't forget to measure yourself so you can map your progress. Have a good Easter

if it makes you feel any better, go by how your clothes feel, not by what the scale says. and also remember that in order to gain 3 pounds, you will need to consume 10,500 calories up and over what you burn just lying around.

Well, to be honest, my clothes haven't felt the greatest due to bloating and all those other wonderful things that come along with AF. lol. I've been doing some reading and I guess it's really common to gain a couple pounds during a menstrual cycle (mostly due to water retention). So fingers crossed that's it and I'll see a better number over the next couple of days.
