I'm going to wait a week to weigh myself. No point in going crazy every morning, letting it affect my mood just because of water retention & natural fluxation with little to no success. Clean eating, water, exercise...maybe just trying to forget about it but continue my routine will work. See you all in a week. Wish me luck.🤞
