well I'm enjoying what and how I'm doing this so much,I've always struggled so much like most people.but as long as I stay under my calories I haven't put on weight and going down in weight slowly.this is working for me and might b the first time in my life I feel like I can maintain..it really works.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1850 kcal Fat: 88.72g | Prot: 72.12g | Carb: 189.55g.   Breakfast: Capilano Natural Australian Honey, Honey , Butter Croissants , Coles Bakery Croissant , Reduced Fat Cappuccino. Lunch: Egg and Lettuce Sandwich. Dinner: Coles Frozen Mixed Vegetables - Peas, Corn, Carrot, Rissole, Woolworths Beef Rissoles. Snacks/Other: Arnott's Tim Tam Original, Flat White, Peanut Butter, Margarine, Ryvita Multigrain Rye Crispbread, Chunky Chicken Soup (Canned) . more...
