I ate around 2000 calories yesterday, 200 grams of protein. Did not exercise except for stretching, shoulder rehab and bicep curls. I am too sore to do resistance training today. I need to give my joints more time to heal. I hope to walk to the gym today and have a cardio and core workout. Tomorrow is back day.
