Down in weight and inches again today. Calculated measurements to make sure I'm not losing a lot of lean muscle mass with all of this rapid loss. I'm not, so I'll be doing what I'm doing for now. Changed my eating yesterday in a huge way to spread calories and protein out more evenly throughout the day. Got 6 meals in from 9 am to 10 pm. Running a little late this morning (I slept in) as it is already 9 and I haven't even started cooking.

Not sure if I'm going to work out today or take a rest day. I was planning a rest day, my body is pretty sore, but I'm a little amped up and want to work it. The smart thing to do would be to rest.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you weigh and measure every day? Good job though on the progress I am impressed

Pretty much. I like to know what's going on. Plus, I've gotten to where I can often tell when my fluctuations (up and down) are due to sodium, regular water weight fluctuations, or actual issues with my nutrition. I don't recommend it for people who might get upset over little bumps back up, though. If that doesn't bother you then it doesn't matter if you weigh and take measurements daily, weekly, or monthly. If a pound or two increase due to water weight will send you into a binge or make you starve yourself, then don't do it so often.

Are you still doing atkins or is it something different not that you want a body builders form? Oh and by the way we should hang out soon:)

Nope it's still Atkins. I've never lost so much fat in my life! Brent's off for a 3-day weekend - we've got to get some stuff done around here, and next week I'm going to start applying for stupid jobs. Next week is my birthday and on the 30 we're going to FastFive! You guys wanna go? I've always wanted the "body builder" form, but I never got this close to getting it before. :)
