Got an exercise bike that comes with hand resistant bars to strengthen my arms, as well as the back of the bike for my legs. It's too hot now to walk in the Florida sun so this should be extremely helpful! As much as I want to reach my weight goal, I want to physically & emotionally feel better.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
