Just weighed myself after dinner and I'm checking in at 160lbs. That's 10 pounds this week since I started and I'm seeing the results every day. Today I just didn't have much of an appetite as I slept in til 12:30 this afternoon. I had a lot to drink last night, so much so that I didn't even bother to document it, which is whats most disappointing, as I want an accurate documentation of my daily intake. Anyways, I appreciate all the support yesterday. It's not so much the end of the relationship that is bothering me but all the unknowns of what will happen with my son. Her family lives in another state and I worry where he will be going to school, how often I will see him, court costs, etc. But I'll worry about today and it's been a good relaxing day. Once I get down to 155 I think I'll start my weight training. I can see the results but not as much in my abs. I'm going to start doing 200 situps a day on the exercise ball and see how that does after a week. I need to get an hour of exercise in tom. but I have no idea what I will do. Peace.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
