Joined crunch fitness Wednesday my 1st workout will be tomorrow. Rather nervous thinking about it. It’s been a long while since I worked out in a gym. I miss curves
157.4 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
