UGH I forgot muscle weighs more than fat🤦🏼‍♀️
148.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yesss but don’t get discouraged. You can see the difference and feel it. I gained 3lbs of muscle (my weight went up) but my clothes fit looser.

DJ is right. How do you feel? Are you healthy? Muscle is good, and is more difficult to maintain as we age. Don't sweat the small stuff.
