Stayed the same but I survived a birthday with out making terrible choices. I did take liberties but in moderation. Time to return to the plan. Have a fantastic Friday everyone!
214.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
