Your down a little bit this past week, so the scale is still moving. Make sure you are tracking your food honestly. Make sure you are staying hydrated. Play around with the calories (sometimes rotating higher and lower days can help). Get in your fruits and veggies. Healthy fat is important too (avocado, peanut butter, olive oil). It's summer so get out and be active if you can.
