Well weight loss is mostly about diet. Exercise is important and plays a role, but you need to make sure you have the diet part down. Make sure you are eating the right amount of calories to help you lose. Track all your food honestly (studies show people who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do). Watch the bites, licks and tastes, they add up. Drink water to flush out sodium and keep things moving. Watch out for processed and restaurant foods (contain tons of sodium). Get plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH sometimes. Good luck!
