Think I'm on the right track to be at April's mini goal of 145. Am a little nervous about this weekend. Kids and I are going to meet my parents about half way to their house and stay in a hotel. I plan to buy protein bars and try to get healthy but planning on a cheat meal. we're talking about going to cracker barrel saterday night since it's been years since we've been to one. My concern is that meal will be my down fall. We will be walking some and if it's sunny going to the zoo and nature park. But pretty excitted since I don't get to see my parents but a couple times a year!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

It sounds like you are planning ahead so that is good, it should help keep you on track. Try to be good, but make sure you HAVE FUN!!
