32.4% fat 35.6% muscle
I have NO IDEA where 3 1/2 lbs came from. I ate less than 2000 calories yesterday and worked off more than 3,000. Water? I don't know. I know that bioelectric impedance is not the most accurate way to measure fat, but it's better than nothing. I had planned to rest day today as Tuesday is early morning team meeting, but maybe I'll be able to fit in an afternoon cardio session. No weights today, my shoulder is still jacked.
