My partner has no intention of improving her eating habits and this creates opportunity after opportunity for me to give into my binge eating. I resist most of the time but when I do give in it's a trainwreck that undoes days or even a week of progress.

Because she doesn't want to make breakfast she orders and this place of course has huge portions. I really hate wasting food and it doesn't keep well so I overeat.

Yesterday I had one meal. It wasn't the worst in terms of a calorie surplus but I know that if I lived alone I would have more progress.

I'm usually kind and peaceful but if it continues to happen I think I'm going to lose my shit. *sigh*
227.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! This is one of the more difficult aspects to conquer when changing your habits. I found that I had to learn to let that extra food go. I still feel like I have to finish every beer I order (or alcohol for that matter). There will always be these challenges. While it may be easier without your partner around, there will still be many challenges. Continue to work on you and creat habits to stop binging behavior. Not easy, but essential!
