Yes, finding motivation can be difficult. Write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it regularly. Get some fitness magazines and read them. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Shake up your routine. Try a new eating plan or new recipes. Take a new exercise class. Buy a new workout outfit. Go on Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". They have pics, quotes, recipes, etc. I seem some of those fit people and I want to be one of them. Now get moving!! You can do it!
