Lowest weight yet since having the baby!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2184 kcal Fat: 106.52g | Prot: 94.65g | Carb: 205.58g.   Breakfast: Peanut Butter, Sara Lee Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Starbucks Espresso Shot, 2% Fat Milk, Truvia Baking Blend. Lunch: Sargento Deli Style Sliced Natural Cheddar Cheese , Ketchup , Mustard, Bubba Burger Original Burger, Ball Park Hamburger Buns (50g), Hidden Valley Ranch, Chicken Thigh, Capers , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked) , Field Roast Classic Meatloaf, Green String Beans. Snacks/Other: Barefoot Sweet Red Wine, Marshmallows , Reese's Mini Sticks, Little Salad Bar Pineapple Jalapeño Hummus, Honeymaid Graham Crackers, Best Choice Jumbo Marshmallow, Mission Foods White Corn Tortilla, Green Tea. more...
