Yay! 183lbs straight up! I'm getting there! I'm feeling some higher energy levels and I'm going to go with it I didn't sleep super last night but that's okay it Friday and up here it's also a long weekend! OH I have some plans! mostly yard work so that will get me out and if it rains at all I'll do a wake of home work for my course to get it over with. Yes plans. I'm feeling good I hope everyone has a great weekend and keeps on losing!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
