I stopped my exercise because I couldn't keep up; but at least I did try! I didn't exercise the last two days because I was sore. I miss walking with the dog; but he's so old. Maybe I will get out & do some gardening for more exercise later.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
