Coming back after an absense of amost 5 months. Up 6 lbs in the interim, it's been a very long busy work season but it's almost over. Last deadlines are June 30 then hopefully some R&R until Labour Day. Time to re-focus on healthy eating and dropping 20 lbs, will try for 15 by Labour Day. I can do this, one day at a time.
