Another little weight loss since yesterday. I wish for bigger losses, but 100g per day is fine too. This morning I can feel that I have a lot of buildup in my intestines, and that is probably the reason for the slow loss. No matter.

Today, I am going for the last evening of teaching this season. I will have to leave a little wiggle room for cake, as one of the kids is bringing for everyone. Hey, cake is good, even if cake is the devil.

Life is good.
250.7 lb Lost so far: 91.1 lb.    Still to go: 63.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
