I did really well yesterday! I kept my caloric intake low and i exercised! I also kept it organic! I really am starting to enjoy this!
My exchange student left yesterday to go home to Germany. I wasn't as upset as I thought I would be. I miss her, but it hasn't hit me yet. She sent me a text last night around 1:30am to let me know she made it home safe. It woke me up, but that's alright. I got to sleep in about a half an hour today and I was in bed by 10:30pm! Good deal!
