1775 kcal Fat: 52.35g | Prot: 83.17g | Carb: 256.62g.   Breakfast: skim milk, maple syrup, pancake, wheat toast, mixed vegetables, egg. Lunch: baked lays potato chips, extra virgin olive oil, frozen whole green beans, fresh mozzarella, buitoni whole wheat cheese tortellini. Dinner: hummus, bell peppers, sara lee turkey, sandwich thins. Snacks/Other: lowfat vanilla yogurt, banana, Cocoa Roast Almonds, fiber one bar, blackberries. more...
