Really need to be more vigilant and step it up. Heel spur is preventing me from being more active. Using food to comfort myself from my loneliness lack of social interaction due to jobless situation. Can keep making excuses like that but know that in a way my having nothing more on my plate than to be able to focus on my fitness life actually means that being unemployed is a blessing in disguise and I really should use this opportunity to reset my diet and keep my goal front and center.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
