Second weigh in. The scale hasn't budged. Rationally, I know it takes my scale time to catch up with the healthy eating and exercise changes that I make. I've seen this before. It still feels a little disappointing though. Still learning how this site works. Not really sure how the Macros are calculated. I'm really looking more at daily calories, healthy eating and an exercise commitment. Hoping to see a weight loss next week 🙂

I totally 'get it' with the feelings of disappointment! But you have a great attitude and mindset for making this journey successful. One of the hardest things is just being patient and letting the healthy changes do their work, right?? Keep goin! You're doing great! 👍💙

Thanks so much Crystal for the compliment and encouragement. Did my usual exercise and ramped it up a little. It helped with the feelings of disappointment - a positive action that I know helps my body and lifts my spirits.

It does sometimes take time! I almost gave up when I first started my weight loss journey. Thankfully after 3 weeks weight stated coming off and continued at a steady pace. You got this!!

Glad this day is over. Made really poor food choices and over indulged as the day went on. Well, I get to begin again tomorrow with better choices.
