Had fried rice with chicken last night. Pretty greasy. I'll consider that my cheat meal.

Started my resistance training program. I sure am weaker than I uses to be 🤣
225.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
