One and a half pounds down. Goal for this week - get more sleep!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Oh my gosh, I need that goal too! I just realized that I'm seldom hitting more than about 5-6 consetive hours and I've read that inconsistent sleep patterns contribute to weight gain. I don't need to wreak any more havoc on my body. Congrats on the weight drop!!!

me too - I have been clocking 5 or 6 myself recently...not good!
