I was diagnosed with diabetes back in the fall of 2021. I'm 65 and decided it was time to alter some of my eating and exercise habit. No more beer or pop and a much healthier diet (I think).Also attending a senior citizen low impact aerobic class 3 days a week. I try to get in a couple of 30 minute walks but my knees aren't co-operating all that much. Lost 34 pounds since the 1st of the year. Went shopping a few days ago and put a 12 pack of beer in my cart. Put it back while in the check out lane. That was a major accomplishment. Wish me luck. Thanks!
