I'm quite surprised that I have lost any weight at all because yesterday it was crazy hot! like crazy. so what did I do? hang out with my friends eat a ton of ice creams sunbathe until I looked lobster red and participated in not a whole lot of excercise a fun day but not good for my goals!!

so today? well a friend has just informed me she is coming over so I guess that I will just have to work out after she has left :/ I am going to do it though because i am not giving up

yesterday I found out that G is back today although I don't know if he will come here or go to his parents probably the latter although he is apparently going to be invited to the 4th july party I am going to. i dunno I don't feel sad or particularly excited just meh.

well i am going to do a 20min workout now before I start cleaning and then go for a picnic (checked via WW) in the park to add to my lobster tan :P

also no hell week this week mainly because its too damn hot! another time though :)

175.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb. Still to go: 50.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.6 lb a week

Invest in sunscreen!!! Turning red is not good! Also, it's super hot here. I am glad we are pushing hell week back. Its hot here too!

I bought some today so I should be ok :) it's 29C 84C here I am melting!!! /0 its being held by an American friend of mine :D i am excited to celebrate it

Is G an ex or something? Sorry, I'm a new reader of yours! ; ) Ah, the unexpected changes in plans. Gotta love 'em! Hope you get a workout in after your friend leaves. And I'm with lgatzke...turning red is so not good!!!

FPL yeah G is for Geoff who was an ex of mine who left to do an exchange in Sweden for 6months it was all a bit up in the air when he left :/ and now he's back but i probably won't see him until the start of uni which is early Oct!

84F? That's cool weather around here. I'd have to wear long sleeves to keep myself warm. LOL! My cousin in in the US Air Force and has been stationed in England for two years. She wrote me an email a few weeks ago saying how hot it was and how they were burning up. The temperature was 79F. She comes home to Texas in two more days. I don't think she's ready for the 105F weather just yet.

haha i think she will be a melting lobster in no time! the hot weather is messing with my head im having headaches all the time :(

I don't think you could last too long in Texas. Instead of the normal Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter that everyone else gets, we have Almost Summer, Summer, Still Summer, and Christmas. :P

haha i would love to visit texas tho for like a day so i could be like yeah i went and saw it got sunburnt :P
