noticing the post-diet-cheat-day weights are trending down. i am still indulging very much on Saturdays but my sunday through Friday routines are still very consistent.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
