I started eating a little more this week but I went to the gym almost every day. tired, sore, but making progress. I was able to do sets of dips and pull ups with my body weight this week which is a big deal for me. feels great. Thank you everyone for your ongoing support.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 110.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
