Slow but steady so I’m happy with my first week!! I’ve been stuck at work due to weather conditions so hopefully when I get home tonight I’ll start the exercise portion of my plan that always speeds things up!
146.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
