Back to the plain jane eating and being sensible at night. Boy I hate drinking all this water, I pee all night!
232.6 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you go to bed at 11, cut the water off by 9pm. If you go to bed at 10pm, cut the water off by 8pm, etc. It gives you time to get the pee out before bed.

It doesn't matter what time I cut off the water, I still find myself having to get up to pee in the middle of the night anyway! And I pee so many times during the day at work, but at least it's an excuse to get up and walk around during the day!

I'm a tea cup bladder person myself. 98% of the time just as I'm falling asleep I have to get up. It's like I finally relaxe and so does my bladder. It's annoying cause I'm a major insomniac but the only other choice is not drink enough and that's no choice for me.
