In spite of keeping to my RDI, I'm up 2 lbs! This has got to be water (sauerkraut last night!) and the back up of my digestive system. Waiting. Drinking water and water and water... and waiting. Bloated. Seeking relief without medicinal intervention.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey! I did everything right during the week and I was up 2 pounds this morning, too! I swear the scale gremlins are out in force.

These gremlins are hanging around my place too. I did not realize that sauerkraut leads to water retention. I think it inspires my digestive system if you know what I mean. I have such a "hard" time with raw vegetables - especially celery, broccoli, cucumbers, and peppers - and I have found that cooked veggies really make things "work" for me. Good luck!

Teacher Try: I had cooked Brussels sprout and broccoli rabe and roasted cauliflower for lunch! TONS of cooked veggies!

Your lunch sounds yummy! I must have the roasted cauliflower again soon. Last time I used too much olive oil.
