Oh my!!! My vacation was not good for my weight but it was good….. Adding weight and debt can happen so quickly but taking it away is a long process. Oh well today is a new day…. I am not pressed I am only happy.
219.9 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
