This week will be a success. Last week had me in a surplus and I wasn't too careful. Three days that probably undid the week before.

No chips in the house. No beer. I have prepped meals for most of the week.

I started climbing again. VR boxing Thrill of the Fight is great cardio that's fun. Climbed for an hour. Boxed for 45 minutes.

Sleep started off rocky but tonight it's bedtime before 11am.

Started the day off with a tall glass of water and coffee. I just had a pea protein shake with super greens mixed in for a few calories to help me get through climbing. Looking forward to brown rice, chili, and coconut curry with edamame when I get back.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
