I didn't really drink much plain water yesterday. Had a couple sobe lifewaters which have a touch of sodium in them. I am prone to retaining water right now due to TOM. Didn't really watch the sodium yesterday. As a result I had a slight gain. Going walking this morning to get back in the swing of things.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
