Still bouncing around 226. Took a spinning class today for the first time. Pretty challenging but it felt good. Haven't seen much results since I started working out so I'm going to shift it up a little after talking to the trainers today.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
