A couple of days without logging food...not good! But...I have a goal to weigh under 218 by Memorial Day weekend...that would be down 75 total, so I wanna make that!
216.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
