Ok,so I didn't do to bad yesterday as far as calories were concerned however I was at the top of my range ww wise. The HWC in my coffee took me right up to 31 pts. But I'm just tracking that for kicks anyway. Still had a loss even though I ate 2 slices of pizza and surprisingly I didn't have too many cravings from it either. Hmm. FB might be involved. I had that yesterday afternoon when I got home from the yard sale. All in all I think that all the outdoor work and sweating at the sale helped in the exercise arena. Not doing too shabby this month. I'm proud of myself. Getting under 220 is gonna be a goodfeeling. I don't think I've been there since I had Joslynn. Maybe before. I can't even remember. I need to do some digging and look at where I was weight wise.
