Well, last night I suffered some pretty bad diarrhea and I'm 95% sure that is the reason I am so light this morning. Very dehydrated. Unfortunately, The stomach pain started during dinner and thus I didn't eat as much as a probably should have. Bummer, but at least I am dieting (think positive right?)

Anyways, after going over my initial exam and x-rays with the chiropractor (Dr. Medsker)on Friday I decided to go through with "treatment". The good news is that all my spinal abnormalities are completely correctable. The bad news is that I will probably have some muscle imbalances to work on when the whole thing is done. Also, I had additional x-rays of my sacrum and pelvis taken because of some concern by Dr. Medsker in the area. He doesn't want me to do any heavy lifting while standing (squat, RDL, OHP), but I can still lift if supine or seated (bench press, row). So I will make some modifications to my routine and keep this updated on what is going on.

For informational purposes, I really like Dr. Medsker. Just like how Sean is a nutritionist and strength coach (because they go hand-in-hand), Dr. Medsker isn't just a chiropractor. He specializes in sports chiropractics, is a CSCS, PT, and Yoga instructor. Really awesome guy with a branch of knowledge. Better yet, when he did my first adjustment on Friday he had to hit me about 3-4 times before my spine did what he wanted. In his words, "god damn you are dense; just pure muscle." Made me feel good.

Some person on Lyle's forums sent me a $20 Amazon giftcard as a thank you for helping him with his training and diet. That was pretty unexpected but appreciated.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
