I was really surprised today when I weighed myself. I am down to 195 pounds. I can't believe it. I am feeling great and very happy. I never thought I would get here. I have set small goals and I have reached every single one of them so far. My reward for each goal is a piece of clothing that I can wear no matter what size I am. This is gonna be a good day.
