After talking to my lifetime wellness coach, Ruthie, I got the book from the library and read it. I am going to stick to the diet for three weeks and then re-evaluate how I feel. The first night I had a migraine. Yesterday I just felt a little headache, but slept well. Today I feel tired but not hungry.
