Started a program that incorporates the principals of Tabata, basic interval training and regular cardio. Started it 2 weeks ago but this is the first week that I have done the complete program ‘and’ stuck to eating clean reasonably well. I am excited to see some progress. Now for the hard part … trying to stick to it.
