Often enough I have had sweets (cookies, cake, cupcakes, ice cream, candy, chocolate covered pretzles) and not enough vegetables, fruits, water. I have not input my weight for so long because my weight has gone up. How can I stop craving sweets/chocolate so much?
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
