Really noticing changes in my shape- quite proud! wISH I was able to do ab ribber x more than I do but all the other videos are doing the trick. Think I may just have to wait till next round whille I work on making my back stronger. on the days I do the workout and ab ribber x my back is so tired and hurting and with 3 kids- one a baby who says up up all the time I can't be hurting like I was was. Nice that's its nicer I am walking almost every day in the evening and some on my lunch. I broke my 150 curse,hop I can keep that number away for along time. seems like I have been in the 150's for over a year now. Would love to see 145 by the end of the month!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Keep up the good work. I am doing the lean version so I think doing ab ripper isn't as bad, but on those days when you've worked hard already and then here comes ab ripper it's hard. I'd say as long as what you are doing is working, skip ab ripper and keep doing what you're doing. The numbers don't lie, you must be doing something right! Good job!!

thanks! doing lean as well but hurt my back doing shoulders,chest and triceps a couple weeks ago and almost gave up but pushed through and modified whille I was healing. I am on week 9 so when i finish plan to take 2 week break from p90x and run and use my eliptical and then start another round and add ab ripper than.

i do p990x 5 days/wk and eliptical 1 day/wk. i do ab ripper on the same day i do arms and shoulders and on the day i do the eliptical and the reason i do it then instead of the days they have it on the dvd's is b/c it would kill my back too. maybe you could see if this works for you. the other thing i do it do cat and cow yoga stretches after ab ripper. it sounds like you're doing awesome...i wish i could keep up w/ the diet better!!! :)
