for the last two days,beteen 5-9 o'clock afternoon, i have been strugling with hunger.but anyway yogurth and some peanuts helped me alot:) ps: i love peanut seads, nuts, almonds but trying to eat just 5 or 6 grains of each of them,yeas truly i'm counting :)
