well not the best diet day. gotta stop making choclate covered strawberries. i know there not as bad as cookies but i eat more of them. at least i ran this morning and i plan on logging everything

maybe you could look for another altnerative of making chocolate syrup? maybe with cocoa powder or fat free candies bars to melt them down use spenlda to sweet it up? idk just a thought.
