Whew!! Back on the downswing again. I think its because I cut my salt yesterday. It was hard though. I have food in the house that requires cooking thats low sodium. But not to much " on the go" food without the salt. I'm happy though. Now to get in my workouts. Cardio and strength cause my arms are starting to look jiggly. Ew!
225.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
